BOOKING REQUIREMENTS
To hold a Barefoot Bowls Party at Gymeabowls, you must book and pay a deposit for a defined number of players.
A deposit of One Hundred dollars ($100) is required when making your booking
Numbers and Payment for food MUST be no later than 7 days prior.

Cost
$12.00 per Bowler for bowls hire, tuition & green fees.
Cash, cheque and all major credit cards accepted

Days and Times
Days and Times are dependent on Greens availability.

Footwear
You may choose to wear socks, flat soled shoes, thongs or NO shoes

Attire
Players are to dress in neat and tidy attire on the greens, and Club’s surrounds.
Whilst in the Clubhouse you MUST wear Shoes and Men are NOT allowed to wear singlets
It is your responsibility to ensure that all your guests are advised of these dress rules.

Cancellation
All monies are refundable if the Bowling Club cancels the event due to weather conditions, or if the booking is cancelled no later than 7 days prior to bowls party.

Responsible Service of Alcohol
Gymea Bowls supports and promotes the Responsible Service of Alcohol. All guests must sign the Club’s bowling registration Sheet upon arrival

Bowls Party Hosts Responsibility
It is your responsibility for your guests’ behaviour whilst on premises and ensure that the quiet and good order of the  neighbourhood will not be unduly disturbed.
You are also responsible for any loss or damage to any property belonging to Gymea Bowls, sustained as a result of the booking and will be paid for by you the host.

On the Day
On arrival please make yourself known to Bar Staff who will make the Barefoot Bowls Coordinator aware of your arrival. The Barefoot Bowls Coordinator will then escort you to the bowling greens to assist you with your bowls  party.
