Gymea Bowls three dart teams had mixed results when it came to qualifying for the finals of the Summer competition.
Our #1 A grade side finished second on the ladder and after losing the major semi they won the final for the right to play Tradies #1 side in the Grand Final.
Unfortunately, they were defeated with a score of 1-7. (note ; most Tradies #1 team play upwards of 3 times per week in various comps).
Our second A grade side failed to make the finals by 1 point losing their spot to Mortdale RSL.
The B grade side also finished second and also made their way to the Grand final. However, this team was victorious in the main game winning 7-4 over the Tradies.
Overall this comp was quite successful for Gymea Miranda Bowling club Darts teams.
The darts teams are always looking for new players.
