From the Board
The AGM will be held on Sunday 29th August commencing at 9.30 am if you wish to attend you must be on the premises before then.
It has been a productive year with your money being spent wisely on Club improvements for Member comforts.
A new Point of Sale system has recently been introduced and as one benefit to members each time you by a drink you will accumulate points on your Membership Card which can be redeemed over the bar for saleable products.
It is important that your Membership Cards are carried whilst on the premises if not, you are in breach of Licensing Laws and as well you will be charged at Visitors prices at the Bar if you don’t have it with you.
TAB facilities are now available in the Club for members and their guests and the Friday night Poker Machine promotion is being readily received.
With the redesigned Dining Room and the Main Entry Doors and Foyer the Club is in my opinion look the best it has ever looked, so come along and support your Club the meals are the cheapest and best ever.
CU soon

From the CEO's Desk
Dear Members,
Welcome to the winter edition of the Gymea Gazette, hopefully by the time the 3rd Issue is released the cold weather will be well and truly past us.
I mentioned the exciting news in the previous issue that the Club had been granted an approval for Tab facilities. I am pleased to report that the Tab Kiosk is now operational and the feedback from members has been overwhelmingly positive.
The Club has introduced a new member’s reward program through the point of sale system as part of a concerted membership drive. Members will earn a percentage of dollar spend in points which can be redeem over the bar. Stay tuned for details of upcoming promotions and offers exclusive to members over the coming weeks.
As revealed by the Chairman, the Club’s Annual General Meeting will be held on Sunday 29 August at 9:30am. I would encourage all members to ensure they check the Club Notice Board located near the ATM on a regular basis for important dates and times relating to reporting and Board elections.
The following pages are full of information regarding your favourite entertainment, promotions and raffles. There is regular live entertainment Including, back by popular demand, Double Trouble and culminating in a fabulous ABBA Tribute Show and Buffet.
Plus we have a massive $1500 Christmas in July raffle on 23rd July.
Good luck and I hope you win a ham!
Thank you again for your continued support, I truly hope you’re winter is a warm and safe one and I’ll see you in the Club
